The school fee of 400€ ( VAT included) covers meals and accommodation in individual rooms. A large number of grants are available reducing the registration fees to 100 € for most of participants (formal application for this grant is required when registering). The number of participants is limited to 50.

All participants should apply by sending a motivation letter and PhD student have to add a support letter from your PhD supervisor, commenting about the scientific relevance of the school for your PhD project. A selection of the participants will be done by the organizers and the advisory board.

PAYMENT
To pay the registration’s fee. You have several solution:
- Payement directly at the school by credit card (except American Express) or cash at the school’s reception within the first three days of the session
- Payement by the laboratory: By Purchase Order Form (« Bon de commande ») to Université Grenoble Alpes/Ecole de Physique des Houches, including the dates of the session (27/03/2022 – 1/04/2022) and name of participants. A Purchase Order Form can include several registrations (it is preferred when possible). It should be sent to houches-finances@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr.
- For a payement by Laboratory’s Credit Card: please phone on 33(0)4 5704 1045 only two weeks before the session.
